Answer

SimGlycan® software allows direct automatic loading of data files (.wiff) generated by SCIEX mass spectrometers (including the TripleTOF® 5600 and 6600 LC-MS/MS Systems, 4800 Plus MALDI TOF/TOF™ System, TOF/TOF™ 5800 System, 4000 QTRAP® LC-MS/MS System, and the (discontinued) QSTAR® Elite LC-MS/MS Systems). In addition, the mzData and mzXML formats from other mass spectrometers are also supported. Text (.txt) and Excel spreadsheet (.xls) file formats, as well as manual entry, are also accepted by SimGlycan software.

For the X-series QTOF Systems (the X500R and X500B QTOF Systems), the .wiff2 file output can be converted to these formats using third-party tools.
