In order to have the Windows regional settings (language, time/date formatting and regional preferences) match the formatting in SCIEX OS software, you need to do the following:
- Change the Windows regional settings (regional settings - administrative language settings)
- Launch SCIEX OS software and go to Configuration > General > Apply regional settings
- Close SCIEX OS software and then restart the PC or clearcore2 service from the task manager
- Launch SCIEX OS software. Check that Windows and SCIEX OS software have the format.
