How Do You Convert a Non-scheduled MRM Method to a Scheduled MRM Method in Analyst?

Answer

To convert non scheduled MRM (MRM) to scheduled MRM (sMRM), select enabled under Scheduled MRM. You will notice that the time column will change from the msec (dwell time) to min (Retention time). Update time column with the retention time of each transition. Then, go to File, Save As, give this method a new name.
