Replacing the Sciex OS 1.0 License with a Sciex 1.2
For research use only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
When opening the SCIEX OS 1.5 software on a computer running Windows 10, 64-bit, the following error may appear:
"The SCIEX OS cannot be opened. There might be an issue with the software service. Contact SCIEX support."
To fix this error, log into the computer as an administrator, and then navigate to the services in the Control Panel; start the Clearcore2 service. The SCIEX OS software should now be able to be opened normally.
