For research use only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.

Answer

A signal-to-noise (S/N) integration threshold was introduced in SCIEX OS software version 2.1.6, which allows users to select peaks for integration based on the S/N ratio. For example, a S/N integration threshold set to 10 will integrate peaks that have the S/N equal to 10 or greater. To adjust the S/N integration threshold, navigate to the project default settings in the Projects menu in the Analytics module. The S/N integration threshold is found under the Integration parameters.
