Unable to Create Reports in MultiQuant™ Software

Issue Description

When trying to run a report using MultiQuant software, the Create Report option is not available in the File menu.

Resolution

When Create Report is missing from the File menu, this indicates that an incompatible version of Microsoft Office has been installed. (For example, MultiQuant software 3.0.2 installed on a Windows 7, 64-bit workstation requires specifically that Microsoft Office 2010 or 2013 be installed.)

To resolve this issue, uninstall Microsoft Office and MultiQuant software. Then install the version of MS Office that is compatible with your version of MultiQuant software. Finally, install MultiQuant software after installing the correct version of MS Office. Installing compatible versions of these software in the correct order should provide access the reporter functionality in MultiQuant.
