Where Are Acquisition Method Files (Both LC and MS) Saved for SCIEX OS Software Projects?

Answer

Each SCIEX OS software project contains its own, separate MS and LC acquisition method files. Once a project is created in the SCIEX OS Data folder, then all acquisition methods created under that project are saved to the Acquisition Methods sub-folder.

Shown below is an example of a project folder named proteomics (C:\SCIEX OS Data\proteomics\Acquisition Methods). The Acquisition Methods sub-project folder in the proteomics project folder contains both MS and LC method files (.msm and LC (.lcm) files, respectively) as shown in the image here.
