To install Skyline without internet access:

• Download the ZIP file from this link above.
• Extract its contents to the off-line PC. 
• Log in as an admin user on the PC. Run the setup.exe file in the extracted folder.
• Install Windows Installer 3.2 if needed. (The download is available a https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=25.
• If needed  install .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=25150).
• If needed, install .NET Framework 4.0 (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=17718).
• If needed, install .NET Framework 4.5.1 (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=40779).
• If needed, install .NET Framework 4.7.2, (https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-framework/thank-you/net472-web-installer).

Remember, without internet access, Skyline software will not be able to notify users about new releases or automatically perform updates. Users will be responsible for making any necessary updates manually.
