The ExionLC 2.0 System Status Icon in the Analyst®Software Is Red But Shows as Ready

Sometimes when an error occurs on the ExionLC 2.0 system, the LC status icon in the Analyst® software turns red — but the LC status may be listed as Ready. To reset the LC system, deactivate the hardware profile and then activate it again. Make sure that the detector lamps are on and ready before starting acquisition, especially after the system has gone through the Standby state.
