In PPG calibration there isn’t a solution to calibrate MS3 in negative mode. Moreover, there isn’t a solution to verify MS3 in negative mode (like Reserpine for MS3 in positive mode). Agilent Tuning Mix must be used to calibrate MS3 in positive mode and then “MS3 calibration” must be copied from positive mode to negative mode.
