This is the fifth training module in Peptide Quantitation eLearning Series. Upon completion of this eLearning module you will be able to:

• Identify challenges associated with peptide quantitation such as poor fragmentation, high background, and endogenous interferences
• Understand the use of an MRM3 method to selectively remove background and interferences for peptide quant
• Understand the use of the SelexION differential mobility device to separate peptide analytes from endogenous interferences, even with poor fragmenting peptides.
