SCIEX OSソフトウェアでIon Ratioのフラグを立てるルールを設定するには、Analyticsを開いてください。次に、Process Methodをクリックし、New を選択します（または既存のProcessing Methodを編集するには、 Process Methodをクリックし、 Edit embedded methodを選択します。）。Newの場合は、代表サンプルを選択し、「Components」でIon Ratio（イオン比）を算出したい化合物をGroup化してから 「Flagging Rules」 の「Ion Ratio Acceptance」をクリックしてください。



「Constant Tolerance」または「Variable Tolerance」オプションを利用し、Ion Ratio（イオン比）の許容値（信頼度のレベル）を設定することができます。：




特定の化合物が指定した範囲内のIon Ratio（イオン比）だった時にフラグを立てるには、「Flag ion ratios if the concentration is within the following range」を選択し、「Values per component type」で「By component」を選択してください。




「Flag ion ratios if the concentration is within the following range」を選択し、 「Values per component type」で 「By quantifier ion」を選択すると、定量イオンにのみフラグを立てることができます。 




「Flag ion ratios if the concentration is within the following range」のチェックボックスをオフにすると、フラグを立てる範囲は、すべての化合物になります。
