How To Utilize the Quick Batch Option in SCIEX OS Software

A new option for creating batches quickly was introduced in SCIEX OS software version 3.1.6 and is called Quick Batch. In the Batch workspace, click on the Quick Batch button near the top right (below, red square).


In the Quick Batch window, users can specify the number samples as well as enter parameters for a representative sample to be added to the batch.


The Sample Name, Vial Position, and Data File fields can all use the auto increment option so that incremental values for these fields can be automatically added to the batch workspace. Selecting the Add Samples button will add the number of samples that were specified with their parameters to the batch workspace.
