Answer

General Information
Q0 dissociation is an advanced parameter that is available only for SCIEX 7500 systems and needs to be optimized to obtain maximal sensitivity by improved S/N ratios.
Select the Q0 dissociation checkbox to enable Q0 dissociation for an acquisition experiment. For MRM or sMRM acquisition experiments, select the simple mode. In simple mode, Q0D is a voltage that is applied between the QJet ion guide and the IQ0 lens. Simple mode is used to break up ion clusters and reduce the noise level to increase S/N values.
With the Q0D mapping calculation sheet you can easily create acquisition methods for the optimization of Q0D values on column with matrix.

How to use the sheet?
Open an existing MRM or sMRM method and select the Q0 dissociation checkbox. Copy one transition for each compound you want to optimize with all related parameters into the input tab of the Q0D mapping calculation sheet.
The sheet is prepared to create optimization acquisition methods for up to 10 compounds. If you want to optimize more compounds us the sheet multiple times. Be careful to keep the cycle time on a reasonable level to generate enough data points over a peak for method development.
Copy the whole table of the output tab and past it into your Sciex OS acquisition method.
The final evaluation during method development should be based on S/N values, not on absolute intensity. Refer to the following article to learn more about how to select and apply signal to noise algorithms in SCIEX OS software and how to use them.
