MultiQuant™ MD 3.0.2 Software Will Not Open and No Error Message Appears

Issue Description

When trying to open MultiQuant™ MD 3.0.2 software from Analyst® software, the software will load for a few seconds but nothing will happen. The software will not open and no error messages appear.

Resolution

MultiQuant™ MD 3.0.2 will not open on a computer running Windows 10 because it is only compatible with the Windows 7 operating system. The solution is either to install the MD 3.0.2 version on a PC with Windows 7 or to upgrade to MultiQuant MD 3.0.3 software, which is compatible with Windows 10.
