Every time Sciex OS is launched, the license activation screen continues to appear with all fields appearing blank, even though previous launches of the software indicate that the software license was installed successfully.
To resolve this issue, Sciex OS software should be reinstalled by an administrator that has permission to access all program files. This should be done using a local admin user account, not while logged to a network account.
The software license should install to the following location on the C drive: program files/Sciex/Sciex OS.
