How Do I Select a Compound Database in DiscoveryQuant™ Software?

Answer

To select a compound database in DiscoveryQuant™ software, follow these steps:

1. Open the DiscoveryQuant software, select the Data menu, and then select Database Selection. The Compound Database Selection dialog will open.
2. Select the plus sign in the upper right side of the screen and then browse to the required compound database. 
3. Click OK.
4. Locate a local compound database. (An empty CompoundDB3.mdb database can be found in the DiscoveryQuant software installer package.)
5. Under Local Compound Database for Optimization, select a database from the list.
6. Under Review Database, select a database from the list.
7. Under Database Search Order for Analyze, select an option from the list. Multiple databases can be selected in the list under Database Search Order for Analyze.
8. Click OK.
