The converted AnIML file created using the Keystone™ converter software is 1.6 to 1.8 times bigger for data sets with multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) data. This is because the original .wiff.scan file is compressed, but then it is uncompressed as part of the conversion and storage process when creating the AnIML file.
