Chromatograms Are Randomly Missing from the Report after Upgrading Microsoft Office

Issue Description

When a report is created using Sciex OS, MultiQuant™, or Analyst® software, one of the chromatograms is randomly missing. The issue started after Microsoft Office 365 was upgraded to Office 365 Apps.

Resolution

The Microsoft Office 365 Apps for Enterprise or Business is not currently compatible with current versions of SCIEX software. Please downgrade to MS Office 365. Look for future releases to see if this issue reported in JIRA AN-2450 is resolved.
