This course is designed to enable you to troubleshoot system performance issues for the TripleTOF 6600 and 6600+ system with proteomics applications. 

After completing this course, you should be able to:

• Describe common issues that occur for proteomics applications with the TripleTOF 6600 and 6600+ system
• Understand how to use the tuning solution and SWATH acquisition performance kit to diagnose issues
• Identify Q0 or IQ0 front end contamination of your system
• Recognize issues that could be caused by the LC components
