How can the root directory of raw data in AI Quantification be changed ?

Answer

The procedure below must be performed with an administrator account :

1) Close AI Quantification.

2) Check the current location of the AI ​​Quantification root directory. Copy and paste the following URL: http://localhost:XXXX/ai-quant/service?status into your internet browser. The XXXX in red corresponds to the TCP port entered during the AI ​​Quantification software installation. In the example described in this procedure, the TCP port used is 8082. Navigate to the web page to find the information "MD_QUANT_RAW_FILES_BASE." This indicates the current location of your root directory. For example, the root directory below is currently located at C:\SCIEX OS Data\Default\Data.

3) Go to Services and stop the services related to AI Quantification (right-click on each service and then click Stop). The status of the services must not be "Running".

4) Go to the folder C:\Program Files\AI-Quant\apache-tomcat-9.0.86\bin. Right-click on AI-QuantTomcat and click "Run as administrator".

5) Click on Java.

6) Find the information "MD_QUANT_RAW_FILES_BASE". You should see the current location of your root directory.

7) Manually change the root directory location to the desired new root directory and then click "Apply". For example below the new root directory is C:\SCIEX OS Data\AI Quantification\Data.

8) Go back to Windows Services and re-enable the services related to AI Quantification (right-click on each service and then click Start). The status of the services must be "Running".

9) Go back to http://localhost:XXXX/ai-quant/service?status into your internet browser. Navigate to the web page to find the information "MD_QUANT_RAW_FILES_BASE." This should indicate the new location of your root directory. For example, the root directory below is the desired location => C:\SCIEX OS Data\AI Quantification\Data.
