Solution:
1. Login to Windows as an administrator.
2. On the desktop, right-click and create a shortcut.
3. Input "mmc.exe /32" and select Next.
4. Double-click on the shortcut.
5. Click File and select Add/Remove Snap-in.
6. From the Available snap-ins pane, select Component Services and click Add to add it to the selected snap-in pane.
7. Click OK.
8. In the left pane, navigate to Component Services -> Computers -> My Computer.
9. Right-click on My Computer and select Properties.
10. Select the COM Security tab.
11. In Access Permissions, click Edit Default.
12. Select SYSTEM from Group or user names.
13. Uncheck the Allow checkbox for Remote Access Allow.
14. Click OK.
